

Violinist Jacky Molard comes from a musical family that had a huge impact on the renewal of Breton music. In the 1970s, with his three brothers, he created the group Ogham and in the 80s, the mythical Gwerz, that became a source of inspiration for many young players. Molard has been one of the members of Jacques Pellen's Celtic procession and worked with Dan Ar Braz. Balkan musicians and singers such as Mystère des Voix Bulgares have also invited him to collaborate.
Erik Marchand started with the "Gallo" style with his mentor Manu Kerjean and became quickly one of the most respected singers of the Celtic world. Interested in wandering outside the traditional world, he's been collaborating with the François Tusques Intercommunal Free Dance Orchestra, and more recently, with Paolo Fresu. His curiosity and will to share has also led him to work with the Romanian ensemble Taraf de Caransebes.
Hélène Labarrière is one of the major European bass players. She started in clubs with musicians like Slide Hampton and Duke Ellington's drummer Sam Woodyard. Labarriere has recorded and played with Lee Konitz, Daniel Humair, Michel Portal, Joachim Kühn, Marc Ducret, Benoît Delbecq, Noël Akchoté, and Dominique Pifarély. She's been part of the Tony Hymas trio and a member of Los Incontrolados. She also work for the theater and has a quartet with François Corneloup. She plays with musicians from Brittany, including the Jacky Molard quartet and the Jacques Pellen Ensemble.
Janick Martin is a strong voice of the accordion's new wave. He plays with Gypsy Jazz group Chez Pedro and improvises with Mandala.
